Grilled Margherita Pizza


The picture does more than words ever could.  Thin, slightly charred, crispy crust.  Fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, fresh tomatoes.  A nice Chianti on the side.  Bene, multo bene!

Thanks to my brother for the recipe.  I have searched around for a pizza dough recipe for about the last 10 years.  At long last the search is over.
