This is just what the title says and the picture shows. Got some great, ripe avocados yesterday and whipped into another batch of about 50 tortillas. Little NHer ate about three of them fresh off the griddle. With a full belly she slept in until 10:00 this morning! The pico was just the right spiciness and the pork was a chop marinated in paprika, chili powder, lime, red pepper, salt, pepper, olive oil, fresh lime juice and coffee. Yep, coffee. Imparts a good smokey taste. Washed it all down with margaritas. Not a bad Friday night.
